Serdar Ogut elected as a member of the Turkish Science Academy
Professor Serdar Ogut has been elected as a member of the Bilim Akademisi - the Turkish Science Academy. The Science Academy endorses the time-honored traditions of integrity, independence and social engagement and strives to contribute to the improvement of science education and the public perception of research and scholarship. The Science Academy also aims to provide informed and independent advice to the public on matters related to new scientific developments, science policies, research and publication ethics, and on science and scholarship in society.
