Title:  Improved fits for Charmed Meson Decays to two pseudo-scalars
Abstract: We examine the role of resonant coupled channel final state interactions (FSI), as well as weak annihilation and exchange contributions in explaining all the two body hadronic D » PP decay modes. The FSI effects are incorporated via a phenomenological approach. Our branching fractions for D » KK and D » π π modes that have been a long standing puzzle are in agreement with the corresponding measured values.
