Dirk Morr co-organizes Quantum Design international conference
In July 2015, Professor Dirk Morr is co-organizing the international conference Quantum Design at the Max Planck Institute (MPI) for the Physics of Complex Systems in Dresden, Germany (see photograph to the right). The MPI is one of the premier scientific institutions world-wide investigating emergent phenomena in complex systems. This conference will bring together leading experts in the field of strongly correlated electron systems and will focus on the quantum design of novel complex phases, and the evolution of strong correlation effects from the nano- to the macroscale.
